Customs contact and information

The carrier, local postal service, customs authority, or customs broker may contact the recipient to request payment or additional clearance information. Customers must provide a valid delivery address, telephone number, and email address and respond promptly. Missing information or non-payment may cause delay, return, or abandonment of the shipment.

3. Customs declarations

ComPhysics declares the actual transaction value and an accurate description, quantity, weight, HS tariff classification, and country of origin. We cannot mark a commercial order as a gift or declare a lower value.

4. Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be cleared because the recipient does not provide requested information or payment, it may be returned or abandoned. To the extent permitted by applicable law, original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, return transportation, storage, brokerage, or handling charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund.

6. Business and personal identifiers

Business customers should enter a valid Tax ID, VAT number, EORI, EIN, or equivalent business identifier when applicable. Individual customers should not enter an SSN, passport number, or other sensitive personal customs identifier on this website. If one is required, provide it directly to the carrier, customs broker, postal service, or customs authority through its secure process.

7. Country-specific rules

Import eligibility, documentation, duties, and taxes vary by destination and product. ComPhysics may request additional information or cancel and refund an order when shipping or lawful importation is unavailable.
