E2M, short for “Engineer with EM Waves,” was scheduled for release on iOS in August 2025. It is an electromagnetic simulator for one-dimensional stacked (layered) structures composed of linear, homogeneous, isotropic (LHI) materials. The nine figures below summarize the original release features.
E2M makes these analysis functions available through a touch-based interface on iPhone and iPad. It is intended for electromagnetic problems that are inherently one-dimensional or can be represented accurately as one-dimensional layered structures.
