Returns & Refunds

We want you to be able to evaluate your ComPhysics product with confidence. This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from comphysics.com.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email info@comphysics.com before sending anything back so that we can issue return instructions and the authorized return address.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all components, accessories, manuals, and protective packaging. The customer pays the return shipping cost. The original outbound shipping charge is not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include the order number, a description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. For a confirmed seller or carrier fault, ComPhysics will provide an appropriate remedy and pay the reasonable return shipping cost. A full refund includes the standard outbound shipping charge paid for that item.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights for defective or nonconforming goods. Where applicable, a request may be made within three months after delivery or within 30 days after the defect was discovered or reasonably could have been discovered.

Return process

1. Email info@comphysics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address in the Republic of Korea.
3. Use a tracked shipping service and keep the receipt. We cannot take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us.
4. After receipt, we inspect the item and email the result.

Unauthorized or postage-due returns may be refused. Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order.

Refund timing and deductions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

If a returned product is incomplete or has damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the documented loss in value where permitted by law. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and charges paid directly to a government or carrier are not collected by ComPhysics and cannot be refunded by us. If delivery is refused for reasons other than our error, actual return transportation, customs, and carrier charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
