Shipping Policy

Effective date: August 28, 2026

Physical products are dispatched from the Republic of Korea. Available carriers and services are determined automatically from the destination, package rules, and carrier availability. The exact options, estimated transit times, and charges available for an order are shown in the cart or at checkout.

Order processing

Paid orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will email the customer when the carrier shipment is prepared and tracking is available.

Transit estimates

Displayed delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They exclude order-processing time, customs clearance, local holidays, severe weather, remote-area handling, and events outside our control. Korea Post, FedEx, DHL, or UPS options may be unavailable for some destinations or package combinations.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly says otherwise, international orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis (DAP). The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and other destination-country charges. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by ComPhysics.

Address and delivery issues

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact info@comphysics.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change may be unavailable or may incur a carrier fee.

If tracking shows a problem, contact us with the order number. We will help open a carrier inquiry when appropriate.
